Room are too good. Clean washroom. Housekeeping services are really good and well behaved staffs. Food quality good but Milk Tea are just fatafati.....

Staff's behavior is very good. Room is clean. Room service also very nice. But food is not too much good. Superb location.

I had visited bangalaxmi on 28th November, the rooms were nice, resturant food was good as well as people were very nice. but due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to check out same day and I must say staffs were very helpful, they helped me with refund process and I got the refund very next day.Excellent hotel

The only best part of this hotel is its location. It's every room is sea facing with balcony.Now the cons -Checkout time is 7am. Yes , it's 7am. And they will call you at 6.50 to leave on time. I never seen such calls for onetime checkout.Next , service. 1 small medicine soap and 2 towels . Water is given in 80s cool cage which is obsolete now a days.Service is very slow.If your driver is traveling you have to pay 600 perday for their dorm and food extra. With no receipt and you mandatory pay in cash only.Food was so average.Front desk is not welcoming , no hospitality.If you are okay with mentioned points, you can definitely stay there with best view.

Rooms were really pleasant and good. Sea view was excellent 👌. Extensive menu but only limited availability. Basic bengali meals were really good but when you dabble with other cuisine you might want to choose cautiously. Staff behaviour was very courteous, full 10 marks on that but sadly they are not backed up by good training. Card payments in the restaurant is disabled which was a surprise!! Only online payments and cash are accepted. Overall it's a great hotel to stay in... Bang on marine drive. Quite affordable considering the amenities. Hit was alu posto and dal. Go for it... 😀👍
